The Deruta Sfilato Perfume Sachet is an adaptation of the Deruta Sfilato style. Whilst the technique is the same, this example is produced on much finer fabric than the origianl style would indicate to use. Worked on 40ct linen this sachet highlights the adaptability of the Deruta technique.

The booklet includes two designs: the Daisy, and the Tulip, covering each of the basic stitches of this technique: preparation/border, linen stitch, outlining, bows, and ground fillings. Also included: full construction details including the traditional folded hem. 

Comprehensive stitch diagrams and construction instructions are included.
